	1997 onwards normal series plate. BP = private vehicle, 2 = Phuentsholing registration center (Western Region). The writing at the top means "private".
	1997 onwards King's plate. The writing at the top also means "Buthan". Both the King and the Chief Monk have such a plate, but this one came from the King's garage.
