For me as an Austrian it is interesting that Finnish motorcylce plates at that time used Austrian style charachers (although numerals 1, 3, 4 and 7 were slightly different than in Austria).

1960-1995 series moped plate. Annually varying colors were used, brown on yellow = 1973. |

1972-1987 official vehicle plate. H = Häme province. After 1987, official vehicles used normal series plates. |

Export plate for 1990. The letter is purely serial.
Note that while normal series plates have been black on white since 1972, export plates changed to those colors only later in the 1990s. |
