	Taxi plate stickered for 2001 and 2002. This plates style was used 1998-2003.

MINUHA = Mission des Nations Unies en Haïti. September 1993 to June 1996. The spacing of the mounting holes is as on American plates, and on the back of the plate there is written 86-88316, which is the numbering format of US Navy vehicles. This would strongly suggest that the plate was on an American military vehicle participating in the mission.
