	1989 onwards rear plate.
	Moped plate for 1985. These plates are virtually identical to Swiss moped plates, using FL as "canton code".
	Bicycle plates for 1982 and 1983. At that time they were issued annually with FL and the year above a minute serial number stamped onto the bottom of the plate. The red plate is for a bicycle, and I assume the green and blue plates are for agricultural and non-agricultural motorized hand carts. All these plates were abolished in 2012.
