	1987 - mid 1990s occupied West Bank plate. The Hebrew letter denotes the town, in this case Ramallah. These plates are now obsolete, and were replaced with Palestinian Authority plates.
	Mid 1990s onwards Palestinian Authority plate. 4 = Jenin, Nablus, Qalqilya, Tulkaram.
