British style plate, presumably for a motorcycle. The combination could be for a UK plate, but the letters are too small for a plate from that country. At upper left, there is a small writing "PPI - TPPR - 0016". Maybe that could be a hint to the country.

Arabic plate, using German dies for the numerals. The Arabic text means "police". I can imagine it is a police motorcycle plate from Tunisia or Morocco, but does anyone know more specifically?

Arabic plate from a car that was imported into Tunisia. Some details would hint that the plate is from Libya (German style numerals, the way the border of the plate is made), but I could not verify that this combination would match any Libyan series.
